Bill Bradford - Owner/President

Bill Bradford started Next Generation Wireless in 2001 after being employed by U.S. Cellular corporate as a Business Sales Consultant from 1995-2001. During his tenure at U.S. Cellular, Bradford was regularly recognized as one of the top ten sales associates and in the year 2000 was awarded the top sales associate award amongst roughly 5,000 associates nationwide. Prior to becoming involved in the wireless industry Bradford was employed in the radio business for nine years, seven of which were as a DJ for Rock 108 in Waterloo, Iowa. Following the years as an on-air personality, Bradford was employed as the Promotions Director and in sales.
In 2005 Bradford was the recipient of the 20 under 40 Award and in 2006 was named Junior Achievements Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award both for the Cedar Valley in Iowa.
Bradford serves on the Junior Achievement Board for the Cedar Valley in Iowa, Community Main Street in Cedar Falls, Iowa and volunteers for several other organizations as well.
Jay Pfalzgraf - Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales for Next Generation Wireless, Jay Pfalzgraf is responsible for managing sales, marketing, and operations for customers in Iowa and Illinois. In this role, he ensures that new and existing customers are satisfied by committing his sales associates to providing the very best in customer satisfaction at each step of the sales process.
Prior to joining Next Generation Wireless, Jay held various positions with U.S. Cellular corporate. He started his wireless career as a Retail Wireless Consultant in 2001 and quickly moved into leadership serving as an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Manager, Agent Account Executive, Service Manger, and Area Sales Manager. Jay earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Northern Iowa.

Shellie Bolt - Human Resources & Business Manager

Shellie joined Next Generation Wireless in July 2010. She brings over 20 years of office management and sales support experience. Prior to joining Next Generation Wireless, Shellie was with VGM Financial Services as well Community National Bank.
Brett Cooney – Inventory Manager

Brett joined Next Generation in August 2004 after having previously worked for another U.S. Cellular agent for three years. He originally started as a Wireless Sales Associate in Iowa City and was promoted to Inventory Manager in 2005.
Jennie Tranbarger – Reconciliation Specialist

Jennie joined the Next Generation Wireless office staff in February 2007. Prior to this she was employed by City Laundering Company for 23 years in an office management role.
Arnell Burch - Office Manager

Arnell joined Next Generation Wireless in June 2009. She has previously worked for Next Generation Wireless and U.S. Cellular in sales capacities. Arnell has also been a Quality Assurance Team Leader, an EMT, and a supervisor at the Blackhawk County Dispatch in the past.
